To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR and the 53rd Anniversary of Sino-French Diplomatic Relations, the Confucian Academy and the Hong Kong Music and Performing School walk hand in hand with you to weave “The Belt and Road” Le French May Incomparable Music with Vincent Larderet. To peer create “The Belt and Road” world-class international Cultural Arts Feast and to achieve the success of one country, two systems and Hong Kong’s international market position. Through the cultural exchanges between China and the West to promote mutual understanding, mutual trust and mutual respect, integration of different countries, between different ethnic groups of cultural exchanges and blending, the establishment of world peace channel, break the barrier, the key differences, and promote visionary pipeline to unite all the people, enrich human civilization with Chinese wisdom, highlighting the tradition and modern spirit of Chinese cultural innovation. Efforts to promote Xi Jinping’s “The Belt and Road”, so that “The Belt and Road” more reflects the development of China’s inclusive, beneficial, sharing, improve China’s influence and affinity in the international community.

Under the patronage of the French Consulate and organized by the Association Culturelle France-Hong Kong, Le French May celebrates its Silver Jubilee this year. From 2017 onwards, the Hong Kong Music and Performing School will bring more world-class French and Chinese performing artists at the Le French May Art Festival to realize one future one world Chinese dream of “The Belt and Road”. The Hong Kong Music and Performing School is a non-profit charitable organization, established since 2008 and has developed become a world-class international performing arts organization.  The Hong Kong Music and Performing School is not just a world-class music and performing arts academic institution, it is also a rich aristocratic spirit music art institute and cultural destination. The school founding artists composed by French pianist Vincent Larderet, Chinese cellist Chu Yi-Bing, German violinist Nicolas Koeckert and Italian conductor Giuseppe Cataldo, four distinguished world-class international performing artists and music authoritative professors.  The Hong Kong Music and Performing School is a non-partisan, non-political, inspiration from the unity, ecology, non-violent music performing arts school, understand that we are an important part of education and culture. The highest goal of the academy is to become one of the world’s leading performing arts schools and leading music art development institutes, to cultivate the next generation with world vision, have both talent and virtue high-end performing artists and music and art education professionals of the 21st century.

2017 is the year of the powerful Rooster – the New Year of the Rooster is going to bring fresh challenges. Personality is believed to affect one’s destiny, the one that has beautiful, kind-hearted, hard-working, courageous, independent, humorous and honest.
